Whether you prefer virtual sessions via Zoom or in-person meetings based on your location, I’ll help you reach your goals with a flexible approach. Packages are available for 1, 3, or 6 months, allowing us to work at a pace that fits your lifestyle and ensures lasting transformation in your health and well-being.

02. Group Coaching
My Holistic Health Group Coaching Programs offers a comprehensive approach to health and well-being, addressing the whole person's needs in a group-setting. I empower my clients to lead healthier, more balanced lives through personalized protocols including nutrition, meal planning, recipes, self-reflection and a focus on mental, emotional and spiritual health. Typically, there is a new theme each program I host. In the past, we’ve focused on how to successfully eat plant-based, live the Mediterranean lifestyle, incorporating superfoods, healing the gut and hormone balancing.
According to Ayurvedic tradition, cleansing and resets should be done on a seasonal cadence. My group-coaching programs allow you to feel your best by incorporating new wellness routines, goal setting, how to set healthy boundaries and create meaningful, supportive relationships with like-minded people. Studies have shown that doing things in community not only has a higher success rate, it also increases dopamine, our feel-good neurotransmitters.
This type of group coaching is a valuable resource for anyone looking to enhance their well-being holistically and sustainably. Typically, my programs are 21-days in length and this is strategic as it takes 21-days to form a long-lasting healthy habit. After this time, you will walk away feeling inspired to carry forward positive, healthy energy and new sustainable habits into the future!
03. Pantry Makeover
Your environment directly impacts your health and wellness. A pantry makeover is an initial step if you want to start with healthy eating habits for the entire family! To promote healthy meals and snacks, Rynell will help you with a complete kitchen pantry makeover to swap low-nutrient items for comparable higher nutrient-dense items. She will help you identify the sneaky, poor and inflammatory ingredients and help you to understand the best most-nutrient dense foods for your refrigerator, freezer and pantry!
04. Healthfood Market Tour
Join Rynell for a personalized 60-minute healthfood market tour and learn lifelong skills that will take the guesswork out of shopping for healthy food! You will meet at your favorite grocery store and explore the most optimal nutrient-dense foods available. You will get to better understand how to read a food label - identify the sneaky sugars and inflammatory oils and which brands are the best quality, most nutrient-dense option. You will walk away feeling inspired to shop healthier choices for you, your family and friends.
05. Wellness Workshops
I love leading wellness workshops to educate, inspire and empower people to make positive changes to enhance their health and wellness. I typically have a curated theme followed by a hands-on learning experience and you walk away with my personal lifestyle tips and recipes that you can reference in the future. Some of the themes and topics have included: Gut Health, Veggie Pickling Parties, Children’s Eat-The-Rainbow Frushi (Fruit Sushi) Making Class, Chakra Balancing Superfood Juices & Yoga Class, Cold & Flu Season Immune Support, Botanical Mocktail Classes, etc..

06. Private Yoga
Rynell offers private yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home, park, beach or chosen destination. She will create a personalized sequence to meet your needs along with a beautiful music playlist to keep you motivated yet calm and relaxed throughout. She is able to lead individuals, couples or group classes whether it be for a birthday celebration, bachelorette weekend or event fundraiser. Rynell loves holding space for yogis and encourages all of her students to connect each breath to movement for an invigorating experience.
