Rynell Casey


I’m a Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach based in Santa Barbara, California. My husband and I have a chocolate lab and two small children who keep us on our toes!

After years of navigating the world of health and wellness from my own battle with cancer and watching my best friend heal her own cancer with a holistic, Eastern medicine approach, I decided to build on my personal experience and life-long interest in healthy food, cleansing, juicing, cooking and fitness by following my passion and becoming a IIN, Institute of Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach.

At IIN, I studied a a wide range of health practices and dietary theories, learning from holistic health, functional medicine, bio-individuality along with primary foods vs non-primary foods. Before studying at IIN, I worked in Footwear doing Product Line Management and Marketing for 10 years. Now, I blend my business experience with my passion for helping others with their health and wellness goals health which is truly a dream come true!

I love learning and I continue to immerse myself in the world of wellness, I am currently enrolled to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, giving me access to top-tier functional lab tests, and ultimately, invaluable data to assess one's health. I am learning how FDN’s comprehensive approach to functional lab testing will empower me to address my client’s root causes of health issues, not symptoms.

When I’m not connecting with my clients or spending time with friends and family, you can usually find me at our local farmer’s market, hosting dinner parties, volunteering at my children’s school, traveling, trying new recipes, teaching yoga or playing tennis.
